Bookmobile issues its general conformity certificate based on a reasonable testing program. If required, third-party testing for the lead content limits of children’s products will certify compliance with the CPSIA Statute by February 2010.
Bookmobile, reserves the right to modify and/or update future General Conformity Certifications as we are confident that additional guidance and rulemaking on third-party certification and component testing in the coming months be issued by the Commission.
